Absolutely five out of five. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant, fast, and knowledgeable. They take the stress out of dealing with trying to find a place and Tiata goes above and beyond in trying to find you the perfect match. They knew all of their places and therefore what would and wouldn't work and wasted no time in showing you the right things. The application process was simple and straightforward, the office staff, particularly Sabrina, was quick to reply to any messages or questions. Stonemark PM is a name you can trust. We went through two horrible PM experiences before feeling like our home mattered more than profits.  No longer do we have to worry about overpromising and underdelivering. I was looking for a place to rent and came across stonemark. I was helped by a young lady named tiata who took me through each step to apply and rent, even helping me online with things I didn't understand. Karan and his team esp Tiata who I worked with mostly are phenomenal! Karan even had a couple little toys for my kids and basic move in necessities like paper plates, toilet paper, etc in a little bin to welcome us to our new rental. We drove allllllll night long so to have Tiata work with us and show up when it best worked for us was huge. She truly has gone above and beyond STILL to help us find the right internet in our area and other things.
This is the nicest home I’ve ever rented and they are the very best property management team I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not just saying that. Thank you guys so much!
